Ever since his verbal sparring with Vesper Lynd in Casino Royale, no one has been in any doubt as to James Bond’s preferred watch brand. To synchronise with the 50th anniversary of the film franchise, Omega has released a limited commemorative edition of its Seamaster Diver 300m – 007′s timepiece of choice since GoldenEye. Not so obvious that it will blow your cover, it features a logo monogram on the dial and red 50 on the bezel, while the back is stamped with the gun barrel from the iconic dum-di-di-dum-dum intro sequence – complete with a sapphire crystal at its centre through which you can the see the bullet decoration on the rotor. Available in 41mm and 36.25mm sizes, the latter even has a diamond at the seven o’clock position. Before you ask, no, it doesn’t have a built-in laser but it will help you keep track of the time while you marathon your way through the new Blu-ray box set ahead of Skyfall dropping in October.
